I’m running out the door because I’m always late, what do I need to know?
Take a deep breath and relax because you’re in for a truly awesome night. But next time, try to get there early since seating is on a first-come, first served basis. And please keep in mind that if you don't pickup your tickets by showtime, or if you haven't arrived 15 minutes after the show has started, there is a chance that your tickets may be released to the public for resale. Please arrive early and don’t forget your ID and some dollar dollar bills or a major credit card. Drive safely and we’ll see you soon!
How early do you open the doors prior to showtime?
We open an hour and a half before showtime for Special Events, and an hour for all other shows.
Where do I park and how much does it cost?
We got you covered with FREE parking for the first 3 hours! Just make sure to get validated before leaving the club. And if you stay longer than 3 hours, it's $2 for each additional hour. Please note that the box office is on the first floor so you'll need to hit 1 to pick up tickets, or hit 2 if you've already printed them out at home and you can walk right in. And if you live downtown, you can walk up the steps from Central in between Washington and Jefferson.
How do I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day by visiting our website at www.standuplive.com or you can call the box office at 480-719-6100.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
No but we highly recommend it since we can’t guarantee tickets will be available the night of show.
Is food and drink included in the ticket price?
No, but you can dine next door at Copper Blues which features an amazing menu created from our stone hearth oven and over 60 beers on tap! Plus, Stand Up Live features a full dinner menu featuring great food you wouldn't expect from a comedy club. And please remember that there's always a 2-drink minimum in the showroom. For your convenience, a 15% gratuity is added to all showroom checks.
What kind of food/drinks are available?
Pretty awesome ones...and that’s coming from professional eaters and drinkers. Stand Up Live is taking the comedy club experience to the next level with great food, a full bar and great specialty drinks.
How old do I have to be to get into the club?
Our Tues, Wed, Thursday, Friday late and Sunday shows are 18+ and all other shows are 21+ so don't forget your ID.
Where are you located?
In the heart of downtown Phoenix at Cityscape right above Chloe's Corner and next door to Lucky Strike.
How does seating work?
Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis and doors open 60 - 90 minutes prior to showtime for all shows except for Friday and Saturday night at 9:45pm. Please note that for these shows, we will open the doors as soon as possible once the first show has ended (but keep in mind that seating is still done on a first-come-first-serve basis).
Does the club have a dress code?
Yes and No. We want you to be comfortable, but we also don’t want you to make others around you uncomfortable, so dress to make your mother proud.
How will I know when my favorite comedian is coming to the club?
Our website is always updated so you can visit www.standuplive.com where you can also sign up for our weekly emails, or you can become one of our insiders on Twitter, Facebook, or you can text "Laughs" to 82257 for VIP Info! Either way, you’ll be the first to know about special promotions, including free ticket offers. Plus, you can always email us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if we get there early for the late show?
We'll thank you silently and invite you to enjoy our sweet atmosphere next door at Copper Blues to grab a drink, listen to our band or DJ, eat some food, or stare at the arenas across the street dreaming about being a pro-athlete.
I have a large party coming, do you guys offer group rates?
You bet we do. For more information, contact Justine Jeremiah at 602-734-5696 or email@example.com.
Where do I send my comments and suggestions?
We want to make sure you have the best time possible at Stand Up Live and Copper Blues so feel free to email us any suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I have more questions or just want to hear someone’s voice?
You can call our box office during business hours at 480-719-6100 and we’ll be more than happy to help you.
